Most of the families we work with are not in Pakistan. They are in Birmingham, Toronto, Houston, Dubai and Milan — and the questions are always the same three: does this work at a distance, how do I know you are genuine, and how private is it? Distance changes the logistics of rohani ilaj. It does not change the work.

Why distance does not change the work

Istikhara is a prayer for guidance; it is not performed on your body or in your house. Dua, recitation and wazifa are worship, and worship is not bound by geography. What the practitioner needs is an accurate account of your situation — and that can be given by message as well as in a room, sometimes better, because people write more honestly than they speak.

What genuinely does need care at a distance is verification, timing and privacy. Those are practical problems with practical answers.

How a consultation runs

1. You write. On WhatsApp, in Urdu, Punjabi or English. Describe the matter in sequence: what happened, when, how often, what has been tried.
2. Questions come back. Usually about family involvement, timing, health and what has already been done. Detail matters more than emotion here.
3. Istikhara is performed. This takes time; it is not answered in the same minute.
4. You are told what it indicates — where the obstruction appears to sit, and whether it is ordinary or rohani.
5. If treatment is appropriate, you are given specific permissible wazifa with clear instructions, and told what it involves before anything begins.

The first istikhara is free. Nobody should have to pay to find out whether they need help at all.

Practical matters for overseas families

• Timing. Pakistan is UTC+5. From the UK expect replies through your day; from North America, expect a reply overnight. Write when it suits you rather than waiting to be awake at the same time.
• Language. Urdu, Punjabi and English. Write in whichever you think in.
• Wazifa timings. Instructions are given by prayer times, not clock times, so they work wherever you live. Follow your local Fajr, Maghrib and Isha.
• Family members abroad and at home. Cases often involve people in two countries. Say so at the start; it changes the picture.

Verifying anyone before you commit

Distance makes verification harder, so use the checks that work by message. Ask what will be used, and expect a Quranic answer. Ask the cost upfront, and be wary of escalation. Watch how questions are received. And notice whether you are ever told that nothing rohani is involved — a practitioner who never says it is not diagnosing. The full list is in real amil or fraud.

One more, particular to overseas clients: refuse any request to send money for materials to be “buried” or “performed” on your behalf at a location you cannot see. That structure exists for the fraud, not for you.
